Eligibility for Return or Exchange

At Vedagini Jewels, we carefully quality-check every product before dispatch. Returns, exchanges and refunds are available only in case of a damaged, defective, incorrect or missing product.

Please make sure:

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Tags, boxes and pouches must be intact.
The product must not have been tampered with or altered.

Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

You can raise a request if you receive:

A broken or damaged product
A tarnished item on arrival
The wrong item
A missing item from your package

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

No unboxing video is provided.
The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Minor colour or design variations caused by photography or lighting.
You simply do not like the product after delivery.
Size-related concerns where the size was already mentioned in the product description.

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product has been verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made through UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

Exchange Process

Email us at hello.vedagini@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 99976 20205 within 24 hours of delivery.
Share your order details, unboxing video and a clear description of the issue.
Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions.
Send the product back in its original packaging.
After verification, we will dispatch your replacement or initiate your refund.
Approved exchange products will be delivered within approximately 5–7 business days.

We use reliable third-party courier services for deliveries. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
