1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation through email or WhatsApp.

Vedagini Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Products & Quality

Vedagini Jewels offers a curated collection of imported, handmade and ready-stock jewellery.

Every product is carefully selected for quality and finish.

Minor variations in texture, shine, polish, colour or design may occur due to handmade craftsmanship, photography and lighting conditions.

Our jewellery is carefully packed with anti-tarnish protection.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

We accept secure payments through Razorpay, including:

  • Debit cards

  • Credit cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

Cash on Delivery is available across India.

Vedagini Jewels reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days and generally delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on the destination and courier partner.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Vedagini Jewels currently delivers within India only.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are available only for eligible damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

By placing an order or signing up on our website, you consent to receive transactional updates through email, WhatsApp or SMS.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Vedagini Jewels shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, delivery delays or product unavailability, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
